Individual approach and content based on mapping
The training begins with a test and mapping where we review your previous knowledge and experience in the field – so that we can adapt the training to your conditions. The mapping also provides a picture of which direction will be best for you – this results in an individual study plan.

- Trade training in sales support and business sales
- Retail, training for shop assistants
Workplace learning (APL)
The program also includes 20 days of workplace learning (APL), which means that you get to be in a workplace and with the support of supervisors; get practical practice and experience and the opportunity to develop your professional skills in the field – this increases your chances of getting a job. If you need help finding a workplace for your internship, we’re here to help!

Who can take this labor market training?
If you are unemployed, or at risk of becoming unemployed, and are registered with the Public Employment Service, you can apply for labor market training. The training is free of charge and entitles you to activity support.

How long is the training?
You will receive an individualized study plan according to your conditions and skills. Therefore, the study period may vary. The training lasts a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 1 year.
